CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is very important to me and is reserved exclusively for you! I completely understand that life happens; however, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • No-shows (missing your appointment without providing 48 hours’ notice) will also be charged a 50% fee of the total service cost. • All cancellation and no shows fees must be paid in full before being allowed to book any future appointments with Evy Jane Beauty. • 2 consecutive no-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments. • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice 3 consecutive times will also result in the inability to book future appointments. • 3 consecutive reschedules for Saturday appointments will result in no longer being able to book on Saturdays. Even if done before the 48 hour mark. Saturday appointments are often booked a year or more in advance. this policy ensures availability for clients who truly need that time. I truly value both your time and mine, and these policies allow me to continue providing the highest level of service to all of my beautiful clients!
